Ingredients Potato and vegetable oil for frying




Marin potatoes absorb less oil when frying in compare to similar products because of using potatoes with a higher dry matter content, as well as reduced moisture content during the production process. Per 1 Kg of Marine French Fries are obtained from 2.5 Kgs raw potatoes which indicate the complete separation of wastes during the production process. The Quick Freezing technology is used in Marin Potato Production process in order to maintain the taste and nutritional value of the product.

Coocking Instructions
Frying Pan

  • Pour enough oil in the pan & fry the frozen potatoes in the hot oil for 7 to 9 minutes.
Deep Fryer

  • Put enough oil in the fryer & preheat to 180° C. Thenfry the frozen potatoes in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Set the oven temprature 232° C & put the frozen potatoes in the oven. Turn them after minutes until all potatoes become fried & crispy.
